What made you decide to participate in the Harcourts Foundation Kokoda Challenge?
Four reasons – no particular order….
Number One: to raise money for the Harcourts Foundation
Number Two: to test myself physically and mentally. To see how far I can push myself until I break!
Number Three: to work with our Harcourts Team on something new, exciting and challenging and get madly pumped about it!
Number Four: to totally DOMINATE!
What do you hope to get out of the Trek?
For us all to come back fitter, stronger and more awesome!

How will you mentally prepare for this experience?
Just get more amped, more pumped and more focused. Simple really.
What are you mainly looking forward to?
Getting “tested” to the max both physically and mentally – BRING IT ON!
What are you most afraid of?
Only one thing …..snakes!
How will you overcome this fear?
I have Julianna Forsyth and Ben Chick to throw in front of me if and when they appear!
What sort of training are you doing to help prepare yourself for the journey?
Just totally smashing myself in every way possible!
Lots of cardio. Lots of leg strengthening. Lots of long hikes. Lots of boot wearing. Lots of back pack wearing!
